1. Order Processing Time

All orders at SMR WORLD ELITE are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

We strive to deliver your fashion essentials as quickly as possible. Our standard delivery timelines are as follows:

• Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon & Faridabad: 2-3 Business Days.
• Haryana (Karnal, Panipat, Ambala, etc.): 2-4 Business Days.
• Rest of India: 5-7 Business Days.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Currently, we offer:

• Free Shipping: On all prepaid orders above ₹999.
• Standard Shipping: A flat fee of ₹50 - ₹99 for orders below ₹999.
• COD Charges: A small convenience fee may apply to Cash on Delivery orders.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email and an SMS containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can follow the journey of your Jeans, Shoes, or T-shirts directly on our courier partner's website.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before returning it to our Karnal warehouse. Please ensure someone is available at the provided shipping address to receive the parcel.

6. Damaged Shipments

If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept it and contact our customer support immediately at info@martmantra.com.
