1. Return Period

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not 100% satisfied with your order from SMR WORLD ELITE, you can return or exchange the product within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure that:

• The item is in its original, unused condition (unwashed and unaltered).
• All brand tags, price tags, and original packaging are intact.
• The product was not purchased during a 'Non-Returnable' flash sale (clearly mentioned on product pages).
• For footwear (Shoes), the box must be returned in its original condition without any tape or stickers directly on the box.

3. How to Initiate a Return

You can start your return process in three easy steps:

1. Log in to your account on MartMantra.com and go to 'My Orders'.
2. Select the item you wish to return and click on the 'Return/Exchange' button.
3. Alternatively, you can WhatsApp us or email us at info@martmantra.com with your Order ID.

4. Exchange Policy

If you have a size issue with your Jeans or T-shirt, we offer a Free Exchange for the first time. Our delivery partner will pick up the original item and deliver the new size simultaneously (subject to stock availability).

5. Reverse Pickup

We provide reverse pickup services across major locations including Delhi, Noida, and Gurgaon. If your pin code is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you may be asked to ship the product back to our Karnal warehouse, and we will reimburse the shipping costs (up to a certain limit).

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange an immediate replacement at no extra cost.
