1. Return Window

At SMR WORLD ELITE, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase of Men's Jeans, T-shirts, or Shoes, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
• The product should not have any stains, sweat marks, or damage caused by the customer.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item at our Karnal, Haryana warehouse, it will undergo a quality check. Upon approval:

• Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account/UPI/Card) within 5-7 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): You will be asked to provide bank details or a UPI ID, and the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

4. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Once the order is in the shipping process (on its way to Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, etc.), it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you can refuse the delivery or return the item after receiving it.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items such as innerwear, socks, or specific accessories may be non-returnable due to hygiene reasons unless they are delivered in a damaged condition.
